It's not about following the rules. It's about following your heart.
Hold on to your hats, manifestational world, I've got a biggie comin' atcha...
I believe my vision board is coming down.
I want it to work. I don't want to give up on it. But quite frankly, I'm a little sick of it. It's been up in front of my desk for over 2 years now. I don't think I've really gotten any of the things on it yet. Hmmm. Not sure if I'm doing anything wrong. They are "supposed to" work, right? They are "supposed to" work even as a subconscious thing, I thought.
Well, I found a new piece of artwork that I would like to use to replace the defunct vision board.

For some reason, I feel she is going to inspire me more than my vision board. I love her. She's beautiful. She's unique. She's sexy. She's holding a freakin' gun! That's so funny. I'm not into guns! But it is an old-timey Buck Rogers gun. How can you not love it? And I feel like it reminds me to embrace the things that I don't think are me in order to be more. Or in order to just be the ALL.
It reminds me of that phrase, "If you see the Buddha, kill him." I've seen some interpretations of that phrase that don't please me for some reason. To me, it means that we cannot take anything for granted. Everything the Buddha is about is to not kill. But if we take it too seriously, if we get stuck in dogma or hero worship, we are lost.
So, I've got my Buck Rogers gun all trained and ready for if the Buddha comes a-knockin'. And I'm gonna use it to take down the ole vision board.
And I might just need some pink hair before all this is over.
So, how will this help me more than my vision board? I guess because I am just seeing past my vision board now. It's just a jumble of stuff. Space Chick has more meaning, more oomph, more soul. She makes me HAPPY. And that's the best thing.

New Tool from Joe Vitale and Ihaleakala Hew Len
So, I am totally paraphrasing from something a friend told me last night. However, it's been interesting.
She told me about this book:
I was going to explain what I'm doing, but instead, I think I'll leave it at that. If you feel drawn, explore that book. The truth of the matter is that I have not read it yet and I am practicing a little thing based on what a friend told me about what she read. I feel it would be irresponsible to even try to give a blurb on something I could very well oversimplify or get very wrong. So, check it out. I hope to. And perhaps I will be back with more information after I do. Or, if you want to comment on your experience with this book, please do so!

Manifesting a Great New Relationship Video Tool
Here is a sweet video from ILOVE2FeelGOOD (This is the same person who sent me the previous video).
I see there are a lot of people out there looking to manifest a wonderful relationship. Sometimes it can get discouraging. Sometimes we may not believe it's possible. Abraham offers a process/game (#12) in Ask and it is Given, called "Wouldn't it be nice if ... ?"
This game is designed to soften our discouragement or frustration by making it feel more like a daydream. If you are ardently thinking of what you want, even if you are only spinning daydreams, it is the same to the law of attraction. But for us, it softens our knee-jerk reaction to doubt. Getting rid of the disappointment and doubt in this way strengthens the process.

Manifesting Tool: Mind Movies
Mind movies are a great tool to help aid you in achieving your goals using the Law of Attraction. Basically, anything that's easy, quick, and helps you keep your goals in mind with a positive thought is going to be powerful. If it evokes positive emotion, all the better. The trick is you want to watch it often. You are reprogramming your brain. You are accepting and allowing the things you want in your life. The most powerful kind of mind movie, I think, is the one you make yourself. That's why the people at mind movies are smart in helping others create their own customized version. I haven't taken the time yet to make my own, and I'm not sure I will. I am enjoying using the amazing creations other people have put together on youtube.
Part of the key is that you have to make or find mind movies that you will be willing to watch every day. Multiple times if you can. For me, that means it has to have music I like, attractive design, thoughts I am in line with for myself. And honestly, I tend to watch the short ones more. It must match the vibration of what I'm trying to achieve. This is why I think making your own is the most powerful way to do it. But, if you don't do that, finding other mind movies you like is powerful as well. It's all about focus. Tuning in to the vibration of what you want.
Here's one of my favorite money mind movies:
Here's another one that just gets stuck in my head. It was kind of kooky, so I didn't initially include it in my favorites, or my mind movie playlist. But, you know what? I sought it out today. And it cracks me up. Especially the part where they tell you to insert your name. I admit it. I did it. And it gave me a huge laugh. So, then you are attaching seriously funny, happy emotions to money while you watch it. That's a great way to speed up your manifestations. (Now, if you just sit there thinking, "This is dumb," then that particular movie is probably not a good choice for you.) Have fun with it!
I have some general ones that I really like. Now, here's the catch. These people made these movies for themselves. So, they are manifesting things using their pictures and their goals. For example, one or two of the ones I really like have a lot of pictures of same-sex relationships. Since I'm not trying to create that for myself, I just visualize that everyone has the opportunity to make their own choices. Another one specifically focuses on the creator's husband in one part. I just sorta insert my own images in my mind at that point. And heck, I might send the husband some good vibes, too. Why not? The point is, have fun with it.
Let me include some here that I like.
Same person made this next one.
This one focuses on diet, health, and fitness:
I thought this one was just cool:
So, when I need a little down time, instead of watching TV, I try to go to my youtube playlist and fill my head with the things I choose to create. I'm working on CHOOSING the images that go into my head for the best return. Try it!
