Welcome to Manifest Laboratory!

Hey All,

Welcome to Manifest Laboratory. I've created this blog to share information about one of my biggest passions: consciously creating my own reality through sound spiritual principles. Manifesting. Mostly, I like to focus on the Law of Attraction these days, but I'm pretty much open to anything related to manifesting.

I plan to use this space to explore and report on my own experiences using information and techniques I've been gathering for over 10 years. Some of my favorites include The Conversations with God series by Neale Donald Walsch, The Abraham-Hicks material, and The Secret (of course). I'm sure there are many more, but we'll get into these as this blog progresses. I'm also a student of astrology, so there's a chance some astrology could slip in here and there.

Just off the top of my head, some of the things I've consciously created in the past decade or so include:

The book that started me off: Conversations with God. I actually used the principles in the book to draw it to me, without realizing it. As I read it, I realized, "Hey, this is how I GOT this book! Cool."

A 1986 Honda CRX (in 1995 ish) that I could afford at the time. That was pretty amazing. I couldn't afford much then. It was a sweet little car.

An awesome, amazing, life-changing part time job where I worked with some of the coolest people I've ever met and still count as my dearest friends. (Ten Chimneys.)

A wonderful relationship that turned into a deeply committed, supportive, fun, and passionate marriage. (to Kevin.)

TWO (generally) wonderful children. (I do still have some realism left in me. Working on that!) Both adorable (of course), intelligent, and fun.

An amazing house of my dreams with a front porch I adore in the town of my choosing!

The cutest little dog I could imagine. I should tell that story, but I think I'll wait and use it as a separate entry some time.

Most of these have specific stories attached that I can share at some point. One or two I might not remember how I did it. Oh well. I understand the principles, so in that way I know how I did it!

I'd also like to use this space for anyone interested in positively sharing about their manifestation experiences, questions, etc. I may post reader stories (with your interest and permission, of course.)

It's ALL a work in progress. As Neale Donald Walsch is fond of saying, "We're making it all up." That's why I decided to call this a "laboratory". Oddly, I always hated lab work in school. I think probably because we already were supposed to know what we were getting with experience. So why is a laboratory fun for me now? (Because if it ain't fun, I don't want to do it.) Well, first of all, I want to pronounce it La-BORE-a-tory. That makes it more fun. Of course, I still know what the end result is going to be. Perhaps it's fun now because seeing how it unfolds in real life is interesting and exciting. And because I actually want the object of my desire vs in chem class when I really could care less what those compounds did.

So, pull up a chair and let's share our tools, techniques, and stories. This is a fun lab!

Warmly,
Terri
