manifestation for kevin then eh?
Also i was wondering if you knew a good manifestation for muscle growth...ive been using mantras and they seem alright, but i wouldnt mind an extra boost to aid my 10 hours a week weightlifting
Sassy!
Manifestation for muscle growth. First off, I think you have your terms a little mixed up. It sounds like you are looking for a tool to help you manifest muscle growth. The actual muscle growth you achieve would BE the manifestation (or, if you don't achieve it, that would be the manifestation as well.)
There are many ways you could go about this. I probably need to write more about different tools available to you. I would say the strongest and easiest way would be to envision it happening, feel how it feels, and move toward that. Do this a few times/day. You can say affirmations like, "My muscles are..." whatever you want them to be. or "I easily achieve a lift of (such and such) lbs. (stone?).
You want to get your emotions into it, too, so you have some power. This is using your thoughts, words, and actions powered by emotion to get what you want.
Does that help?
Thanks Terri that helps a lot. Oncde ive shaken this damned virus i will get to work on that. I guessi should manifest for realistic goals...but radical enough so that i notice them over my normal strength gains.
Also...unrelated, being able to lift your own body weight in a variety of different muscle groups really helps day to day life lol, like getting out of bed. So i want more of this.
Good point. You must believe in order to allow your manifestation or you will just be frustrated and manifest more frustration.
You don't have to have shaken the virus to sit around and visualize. Now might be the perfect time.
Sorry you're feeling cruddy. Distracting yourself and/or seeing yourself as strong and healthy will actually make you feel better faster. You will create what you are thinking about. So, go ahead. Think about strength. If you don't buy it, just find something to distract yourself so you can feel better.
Peace out.
So Michael steered me here and after reading how you manifest your destiny, I want to say we are of the same mind. I do believe--I think Kevin and I talked about this--that we are able use focus to help us accomplish what we want to do and by having that focus with us, we are able to pull energy from ourselves that we don't always access. It certainly works in sports, right, the zone? We all have it, it's just most of us are to distracted to actually conjure that kind of concentration.
I also want to add for michael in his quest for the big muscle manifestation is that his first step is that he's actually doing it, working at it, and with your mantra, it will all happen. Also though I think in exercise it is important to focus on each muscle as you work it. Visual the muscle itself. When we say, "Feets don't fail me now," we are telling all the parts of our bodies that we want to skedaddle and get the lead out. When we exercise (a repetitive action in which the muscles actully learn their response), then we are
enhancing our ability to manifest.
I think that's what I wanted to say. LOL! I'm adding you to my blog roll!
